Jaywon Returns Home For King's Coronation

Former Kennis Music big boy, Jaywon, recently returned to his hometown, Egbe in Kogi State for the inauguration of the new King of Egbe, after always sneaking in and out of the town. He left Egbe after his secondary school education.

Jaywon, who grew up in the community, performed some of his hit songs, including 'This Year' and 'Madantin' as he was specially invited by Senator Smart Adeyemi, who also hosted guests after the coronation ceremony.

Recall that some months back, the artiste, speaking on a radio interview programme monitored by Nollywoodgists.com, revealed that he had not gone to his state (Kogi) in 2014 and that anytime he does, he sneaks in and out without people knowing.

The event which took place on Sunday, October 12, 2014, was described as 'home coming' for several indigenes of the State who have been away for a long time. The singer also got the privilege to entertain the deputy governor of the State, Architect Yomi Awoniyi, and other influential people like Otunba Jide Omokore, General Jembewon, and Honourable Karimi.
