Nigeria's trio of Tiwa Savage, Wizkid and Ice Prince have picked up nominations for the 2013 edition of the Music Of Black Origin (MOBO) awards in the Best African Acts category of the show.

They are to slug it out with other African acts which include Fuse ODG from Ghana, Bombino from Niger and the duo of Spoek Mathambo and Mafikizolo from South Africa.

MOBO awards is one of the major events highly anticipated by many African stars.
