Over the weekend, entertainers from Ebonyi State were honoured by the state government for being worthy ambassadors in their various fields away from home.

One of such honourees was Grace Amah, a top actress in Nollywood.

It was said that the idea to celebrate showbiz stars from the state was conceived by the state governor, Engineer Dave Umahi. It was a two-day event, which the honourees enjoyed and wished never ended.

One of the high points of the event was unveiling the 2015 Miss Tourism Ambassador, Grace Amah.

She emerged in a contest participated by other stars like Tekno Mills, Chacha Ekeh Faani, Patoranking and Angela Okorie.

In her remarks, Grace Amah thanked her fans, friends, well-wishers and family members for the support they have shown her.

She also said, “I am very grateful to God Almighty for this great honour and I thank you all for voting for me, your prayers, and encouragement, this is dedicated to you guys. May God favour and honour you greatly where you least imagine and reward all of you abundantly. By God's grace I will not disappoint you during my reign.”
