Wonders, they say, will never end. This can best explain the show of shame that allegedly involved MTN Project Season 3 star, Eyo, who was best known at the show as Akwa-Ibom fine boy, and his state's Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Barr. Emmanuel Enoidem on Friday, August 24, 2012 at a club in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State.

According to a Facebook post by one Anwana Idiong some hours after the purported incident, which has since been deleted, Barr. Enoidem allegedly fought at OSA club located inside Monty Suites, Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State. Anwana posted that the commissioner, who has once fought one Udo, Jarvis and Fabian before, was beaten to pulp by Eyo.

Going by what Nollywoodgists.com gathered, Barr. Enoidem reportedly attempted to snatch a babe Eyo had brought to the club with money as the bait. This, as reported, resulted into the girl reportedly insulting the commissioner by telling him to go to hell and die with his money.

This insult, as information scooped puts, angered Barr. Enoidem, who then attempted to slap the girl, which then made Eyo held the commissioner's hand and gave the 'rich' commissioner the beating of his life.

Anwana Idiong Facebook's post read, "Last week Friday (August 27, 2012) at a night club in Uyo, our gangster commissioner fought again. Unlike the previous fights and bullying of fellow commissioners and aides, which he always wins, this time around he was the victim of his perpetual arrogant timid and local brashness. He was beaten to pulp.

"When he fought Udo at a 5-star hotel in Uyo, everybody blamed the latter not because they cared to know why but just that it was a commissioner (that was involved), which does no wrong .

"How can a commissioner, a barrister, a statesman for a certain family in Abak local government area fight in a club? How! Please tell me how? Is that not insanity? Not fit and proper for the office that he occupies?

"Oh oh, what has happen to the good men of our society, men of decorum, men of integrity, role model people, highly moral men, inspirational men! Why can't they be given these appointments to save us from this absurdity and embarrassment seen in anarchist and primitive society before the Leviathan.

"Finally, my gangster commissioner, why, why and why do you like fighting. Is it your calling? You would have gone for the olympic and represent Akwa Ibom na? What will you tell your wife and children?

"My advise to you is that you should do the honourable thing and resign and go back for proper gangster training where you belong. So that you will be fit and proper for your calling. You have ended up giving our dear state a bad image.

"Oh, I almost forgot, Samuel Peters is our brother too. Please be professional in you calling sir. Emanuel Kant, a medieval philosopher once said that 'the unimagined life is not worth living'.

"Little did I know that after hundred years, this statement was made and so much education and exposure has come to be. You stoop so low to allow that animal tendency to beclouded your sense of decency .

"You never imagined that you will one day be a head of your village vigilante group talk less of a commissioner, that explains your timid attitude hence superiority complex in the mix of well informed and expose good people of our dear state.

"I leave you now to your conscience and God. A statesman does not fight only a gangster does. So, you now know where you belong!"

When Eyo's publicist, Nelson NseAbasi, was contacted via his Facebook account on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 on the issue, he responded to us on Monday, September 10, 2012 and directed Nollywoodgists.com to a blogspot to get Eyo's response to the matter. We visited the blogsite and got Eyo's reaction, which was written by Nelson.

The reaction reads, "My brother, as you speak with me, I am in Lagos, I was never at Monty Suites on the said day. I and Barr.
Enoidem NEVER met on Friday 24th August 2012 at Monty Suite, or any Club in Uyo for that matter."

Efforts to contact Barr. Enoidem couldn't yield any results.

Questions being raised are why did Anwana delete his post that described the incident? Was he threatened, begged or bought over to remove the post since he was quoted as the story source? Did Eyo actually beat his state's commissioner? Readers await answers to these questions.
