RABO VENTURES HOSTS NIGERIAN ARTISTE

Rabo Ventures and Movie rentals, a supplier of Nigerian movies and music in sales and rentals has hosted one of the foremost Yoruba movie artiste, Babatunde Omidina from Nigeria.

The artiste, popularly known as babasuwe was recently received with a standing ovation at the Rabo Ventures and Movie rentals store in Brooklyn Park by his fans in Minnesota.

Yinka Ogunlana, Rabo Ventures and movie rentals told African News Journal (ANJ) that Omidina was entertained by the organization both to show appreciation to Nigerian artistes and also bring them closer to their fans.

She however said that there was low turn out with a 50 per cent turn out due to short notice coupled with the fact that it was “the first time Rabo Ventures and Movie Rentals was hosting a Nigerian artiste at the store.

Ogunlana, who happened to be an artiste herself, said the organization would be going into movie production in collaboration with Bayowa Films and Records International, a Nigerian based film record company to further promote Nigerian artistes in the US.

According to her, “the goal is to provide latest movies in Nigeria for the American audience.”
