Nollywood actor Tobi Bakre, has offered an important piece of advice to the younger actors in the movie industry on how to get to the top.

The energetic thespian, while speaking on the Menisms Podcast, emphasized the importance of consistency, professionalism, and perseverance, no matter the roles they portray. The former reality star also pointed out the advantage of showing up, ready to work, noting that continuity and hard-work would eventually be rewarded.

Bakre also cited an example of how he could promote an individual from a small position to be the head of a company, once he assesses his qualities.

He said:
“To our colleagues out there, to our younger ones… it doesn’t matter what you are doing, just do it well.”

“It doesn’t matter what you are doing, just do it well. You don’t know who is watching. You know, God has sent people several times, and you didn’t show them anything, so please show something,”
