Popular Manchester City defender, Kolo Toure got married to his lover of long standing, Chimene Akassou last weekend in Abidjan, De Republique Du Benin.

A ceremony which attracts top dignitaries all over the world was an impressive one as the new couple was filled with joy.
Kolo Toure wedding ceremony took place at the mosque while their marriage document was legally signed at the registry.

The star-jammed wedding reception was held during the weekend with most of the Ivory Coast national team players in attendance.

Yaya Toure, Kolo's younger brother, his club mate and other African Footballers all graced the epoch-making event.

The couple who started living together since year 2003 have two beautiful kids together namely Sania (daughter) and Yiassin Toure(son).
