Where ‘N’ When

Papas Club.
The Papas club Entertainment is one of the prominent hangouts on Lagos Island. It is located on Akin Adesola, street, Victoria Island. The popular DJ, Jimmy Jatt has colonised the hangout with his different shows and gigs. No weekend passes without the famous DJ bringing together lovers of good music and fun seekers for the usual revelry.

The manager of the place Frank, is another good jolly guy who knows what fun-seekers want at any time and always stops at nothing to provide the best service. It has just been given face-lift.

Club Number 10
The club is as popular as the owner, Austin Jay Jay Okocha, former international football star. It is managed by Nkechi, his wife. The club is known for its cosy interior. The place was given a face-lift some few months ago. It provides good country music, jazz, and live bands for the pleasure of fun-seekers.

A recent visit to the fun centre on Saka Tinubu revealed that only few distinguished people patronise the club. The club hosts the highest number of Nigerian International football stars whenever they are in town.

Bonsai
For those who are always pissed off with the sight of call-girls and intruders, the Bonsai on Akin Adesola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, is a place for you.

With delicious but expensive sushi and other Japanese cuisine, it is a place to relax. The interior is pure, everything is detailed, from the cutlery to the woodwork, and sitting arrangment. But let me advise; ladies, don't forget your 'Kimono' and gents, don't expect any 'Geisha girls'.

Tanjia
The club is located on Raymond Njoku Sreet, off Awolowo road, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Tanjia is perhaps surprisingly the first Moroccan restaurant in Ikoyi. The interior is gorgeous, a real North African experience. It is worth the wait.

You can find yourself a secluded room for tea and cake, or sit near the front for more formal dining. For both day and night fun seekers, with appetite for continental dishes and drinks, it might serve you a great deal. Upstairs is only a private member club.
Fridays and Saturdays have so far recorded more patronage.

The Londoners
The bar is located on Oduduwa street, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.
The Londoners is a Fish & Chips Restaurant and Bar, equipped with modern facilities. Nice spot for family outings. They are famous for 'noiseless zone'.

The big boys within the area patronise the hangout. The owner, an American-Indian is most of the time available to ensure that fun seekers are giving the best service.

It will surprise you to know that for several years the bar has been there, it has been directly supervised by the owner.

Club 02
Club 02, formerly known as Genesis, is owned by some Lebanese guys who bought it over from the previous owners some few years ago.

It is located on Sanusi Fafunwa street, Victoria Island, Lagos. If you know Genesis which was famous with classic night gigs, patronised by some big boys, then you will be amazed by the improvement brought to it by these Lebanese. It rates now as one of the preferred places for fun seekers. Apart from the eatery business during the day, the night is always lively.
