Self acclaimed Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa and controversial singer, Timaya has welcomed his first child; a daughter.

The dreadlocked artiste announced this today when he tweeted, "Wow am now a father, thank you Jehovah for the
birth of my cute daughter," he joyfully announced on twitter.

Timaya has now managed to live a low life after living a controversial life when rising to fame.

After his failed relationship with actress, Empress Njamah, the love life of Timaya has been out of the radar. Some have speculated before now that both were still secretly seeing.

This child news might die down such speculation as the face of the woman in the picture is not Empress'.
