NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH A POOR MAN--SHAN GEORGE SPEAKS
The days are gone when women used to tolerate even if her husband or lover don't have money.
But these days the first factor that people look at in a relationship is the financial gain.
No doubt money makes the world go round. It is the bond that holds together the marriage when love exists no more.
Money makes a lot of women remain in unhappy relationships.
Without mincing words, many women are married to their husbands for money and not love.
Even when they are unhappy in the marriage they stay on because of the comfort and perks they get.
Although, everyone has a different idea of how important money is in their relationship, some people see it as necessary but not the most important thing. Others, who have a seemingly far shallower view on life, think that money is the most important thing in any relationship.
Nollywood actress Shan George while speaking about the place of love and money in the sustenance of a relationship recently said, “Never fall in love with a poor man, because money would always be more important to him than your heart.”
In a nutshell, Ms. George is trying to say that a poor man is not entitled to the good things of life.
So if one is not financially buoyant such a person is not entitled to marriage?
You mean a man and a woman can't come together, work together, to build a better future?
Is she right?
