Lady Tonia, Taking Ebira Film Industry To The Next Level?
The movie industry in Nigeria has since in the 90's been getting a big boom, which many starters of the industry may never have envisage happen this quick.
In the industry today, each language films are made in has coined a special name for them as a form of identity. The Yoruba industry has Yoruwood, while the Hausa film industry has Kanniwood.
For Lady Tonia, there is a passion for her in making Ebira language made movies take its place in the industry. This Ebira born actress and also a Mass Communication graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Kaduna, hopes it does happen soon.
Telling Nollywoodgists.com, this actress, who is also into music, said coming into the industry was through an Ebira language based film, Ebira Je'eda in 2003, a movie which told the good, the bad and the ugly sides of politics in Ebiraland.
