2011 Nigerian Carnival UK has been confirmed to hold on 3rd September 2011 at Leyton cricket Ground, Leyton London.

The event is designed primarily to re-brand the Nigerian Carnival and to continue the good work they've started in 2007.The platform is to celebrate Nigerian music and movie, to educate and enlighten the world about Nigeria and to showcase the cultural diversity and commercial vibrancy of the country's entertainment industry.

This platform helps look into the issues surrounding the GUN and KNIFE crime in and around UK, and how it's affecting Nigerian children, youth and the different communities in the United Kingdom.

Morealso, the carnival is meant to integrate, and to showcase Nigerian culture and arts on a grand podium, supported by various organizations and celebrities, in an entertainment atmosphere, to be enjoyed by all.
