Don't feel alone, most folks have that ltlite bulge, some a ltlite bigger than others' Cutting down on your calorie intake certainly is a good start however don't forget to feed your body the nutrients it is missing. Even if we ate all day everyday and as much fruit and veg as we chose, we may still not get all the nutrients out of the food that we would expect to get.A proven method which I found, used and still use is to substitute my breakfast and lunch with a nutritious protein shake blended with fruits and veg. I eat 5 fruits a day and have a meal bar at mid morning and mid afternoon. I end my day with cooking a healthy meal, low in fat and still have a glass of wine with my dinner. Like you, I keep to no more than 1500 calories per day and I have lost over 10lbns recently and kept it off. I'm a firm believer in not killing' yourself to look great or to get rid of what might seem a big bulge'. Have fun eating healthy.
