Social digital wallet, Nairabox, has signed award winning singer, [B] Yemi Alade [/B] and her label mate, Geniuzz as brand ambassadors. The announcement was made at a press briefing held yesterday, Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at the company’s headquarters in Lagos.
According to the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Nairabox, Mr. Jay Chikezie, [I]“We are glad that Yemi Alade and Geniuzz were able to see our vision and we are glad to have them on board, and look forward to a fruitful relationship.”[/I]
Commenting on the new deal, Yemi Alade said, [I]“Everything is happening online right now, technology is the future and Nairabox is the future, you don’t need physical cash, you can buy movie tickets, purchase airtime, make bill payments and transfer cash to your kids in school. The best part about Nairabox, is that, it is available nationwide, and you don’t need data to use it.”[/I]
Adding to Yemi’s comment, Geniuzz said, [I]“The first and coolest thing about this app is that it is user friendly and needs no data. It’s a wallet you can take everywhere. It enables you go cashless. Each one of us should have it and I encourage you all to get it.”[/I]
As brand ambassadors for Nairabox, both Yemi Alade and Geniuzz will be featured on all their promotional materials including billboards, posters, Radio and TVCs.
