Fast-rising Nigerian singer Segun Shodade, professionally known as Shoday, has opened up on the reason behind his decision not to get tattoos on his body.

Speaking in a recent interview, the singer revealed that upon carefully assessing the music industry, he discovered that there is some level of uncertainty especially about achieving fame and success.

He revealed that in order not to put his eggs in one basket, refusing to tattoo his body was the best option, explaining that he could easily pick up his certificate to return to a normal job.

He said:
“I don’t have a tattoo on my body because I am skeptical, if music doesn’t work, I will carry my files and go back to office work."
