Nollywood veteran actor Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as Mr Latin, has emphasized the importance of education, and its impact in the growth of individuals.

The Yoruba filmmaker shared a post on his Instagram page, describing education as a "journey," adding that courses chosen at stages all serve a purpose.

Referencing himself as a holder of diploma certificate in Film and cinematography, in addition to holding another degree in Peace and conflict, he maintained that acquiring knowledge from several fields plays the role of complementing

According to Mr Latin, growth is the consistent expansion of ones capacity, and not limited to focusing on one path.

He wrote:
"Egbon, Education is a journey, and every course chosen at different stages serves a purpose. With diploma and certificate qualifications in Film and Cinematography Studies from Crescent University Abeokuta and Ajayi Crowther University Oyo alongside studies in Peace and Conflict, it is clear that knowledge from different fields can complement one another. Leadership, communication, administration, human relations, and the entertainment industry all connect in many ways. Growth is about expanding one’s capacity, not limiting learning to a single path."

Recall that The Nigerian Voice reported in April that Mr Latin celebrated his convocation from the National Open University of Nigeria.

Sharing pictures from his convocation ceremony on his Instagram page, which featured Odunlade Adekola and some colleagues, Mr Latin revealed that he just bagged a degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution.

He expressed gratitude to his Maker, his family, friends, and everyone for their love and support.
