Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, has lambasted media personality, Roby Ekpo, following his jarring revelation about his ex-wife, Mayowa Lambe.

Recall that The Nigerian Voice recently reported that Roby Ekpo, in a now-viral interview on the Honest Bunch Podcast, shared insights into his crashed marriage with Mayowa Lambe.

According to him, Mayowa was unfaithful, deceiving, and also extorted money from him for years, under the guise of pretence. He further expressed his heartbreak upon finding out that she had remarried in the US.

Reacting to the emotional interview, Yul in a series of tweets on his X handle, wondered why Roby allowed his wife to live abroad while he resided in Nigeria.

Describing him as a "mumu," Yul pointed out how our forefathers had numerous wives, yet made sure that they lived together.

He further made another tweet, shading Ekpo, stressing that it is only a weak man that women can treat in such way.

Blowing hot, he warned against men going on a podcast to cry.

“How can you marry a wife and allow her to go live abroad.

Some men just dey mumu and be expecting us to clap for them.

Our forefathers had 5 wives each, and all the wives lived with them.

You think say dem no get sense??”
