Nollywood actress Mary Njoku, has vented her frustration at 'wicked' customer service providers, slamming them for their attitude.

In a recent Instagram post, the veteran actress emphasized that hospitality is not for any individual who enjoys witchcraft premium wickedness, suggesting that there are other background jobs that they could take on.

According to her, such unpleasant attitude from those involved in responding to customers affects experiences and businesses.

She made a passionate plea, urging those without the required quality to focus on roles behind the scenes.

She wrote:
"Please, if you enjoy witchcraft premium wickedness, hospitality is not for you. There are many other roles like back office, storekeeping etc. Where you don’t have to interact directly with customers.

Customer-facing jobs like restaurants, hotels, front desk, visa centres, require patience professionalism, and a welcoming attitude. When that’s missing, it affects people’s experiences and hurts businesses."

"This is a simple plea, if you know this isn’t your strength, please consider roles behind the scenes where you can practice your wickedness and bitterness freely with good job security.
