Popular Nigerian media personality, Toke Makinwa, has shared a revelation about the action that hinders individuals from having close relationship with God.

The proud mother of one took to her Instagram story, clarifying that failure or the past contributes in no way to an individual's lack of connection with God.

According to her, the leading factor is having a false knowledge about who He is.

She wrote:
"The things that keep us away from God aren't our failures or our past. They're our wrong ideas about who God is."

The Nigerian Voice recalls that Toke Makinwa took to her Instagram page in the early hours of Thursday, August 28, 2025, to announce that she is now a mother, stating that she is happy.

She further appreciated her maker, thanking Him for providing her miracle for her, whom she revealed as Yakira Eliana, Olakitan, lyanuoluwa, Ikeoluwa, Adunola.
