Portable Reveals Decision To Fight Carter Efe After Receiving N50m
Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has revealed his readiness to fight against streamer Carter Efe after receiving N50 Million from the organizers.
The singer, who had previously rejected to fight Efe unless his demands were met, made the new disclosure in a video on Instagram, sharing that the sum of N40 million has been paid upfront by the organizers.
Bragging about emerging victorious in the fight, he revealed that music executive Soso Soberekon, and businessman E-Money have guaranteed him the sum of N50 Million each with a car if he defeats Carter Efe.
He said:
"I have received N40 million from the organisers. They paid me the money just for accepting to fight Carter Efe. I’m very sure that I will defeat him.
“Soso Soberekon, and E-Money said they will also give me N50 million each with a car if I defeat him.”
The Nigerian Voice previously reported that music executive Soso Soberekon had offered Portable and Carter Efe the sum of N50 million for the duo to organize a boxing bout.
While Carter Efe accepted, Portable noted that the amount is "too little," proposing a N300 million car in addition to the N50M million, which would equate to N350 million in total.
