Blord Trademarks 'Ratel,' Files Cease And Desist Letter To VDM
In a surprising legal move, controversial Nigerian cryptocurrency entrepreneur, Linus Williams Ifejirika, better known as Blord, has trademarked self-acclaimed activist VeryDarkMan's fans name 'Ratel.'
The cryptocurrency boss made the announcement known in a recent Instagram post, revealing that he has now used the name 'Ratel' for his brand, hence VDM would be unable to use it.
Affirming the legal move, Blord revealed that he has instructed his legal representatives to issue a cease and desist to VDM to stop using the name unless he secures an approval from him.
He wrote:
"I have directed my SAN to issue a cease and desist to VDM to stop using my brand name ‘Ratel’. He will have to get an approval from me henceforth before using that name Ratel.”
