"It's Like Praying For Grace and Being The Weapon Fashioned Against Grace" - Tonto Dikeh Advises Business Owners Against Bad Customer Service
Popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has advised business owners against engaging in bad customer service.
The movie star, via her Instagram page, emphasized that there is nothing that beats leaving one's customer satisfied.
She stressed that the moment a customer bemoans their horrible experience with a business owner, it is a sign that the business owner would soon be on the lookout for more customers. She emphasized that it would be terrible if such an experience occurs on the customer's first buy.
Tonto Dikeh described the experience as praying for grace and being the weapon fashioned against grace.
She wrote:
"Dear Business owners,
There is nothing better than leaving your customers satisfied.
I just can’t wait to finish this transaction; such a horrible experience (if your customers leave with this mentally).
It’s just a matter of time before you look for more customers.
And it’s worse when the experience is on the first buy.
It’s like praying for Grace and also being the weapon fashioned against Grace."
