"I Will Rather Buy A House Than Invest In Up-and-coming Artistes" - Zlatan Reveals
Popular Nigerian rapper, Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, better known as Zlatan, has revealed that he has no urge to invest money in up-and-coming artistes.
Speaking during the Adesope live show, the 'Zanku' crooner stated that purchasing a house is more preferable to him than spending money on up-and-coming singers.
Explaining his reason, he stated that there is no guarantee that the artistes would eventually become successful.
He also added that his sole aim of making music is to be financially buoyant. According to him, the beginning of his career was plagued with pressure and anxieties until he was able to achieve a level of financial stability.
He said:
“I will rather go buy a house rather than put money on these artistes that I’m not sure will be successful or not.
“The reason I am making music is for financial stability. My goal is to be able to be responsible and financially stable. In the beginning of my career, I wasn’t balanced. I suffered from pressure and anxieties.”
