"Her Mother Personally Brought Her To Me" - Ned Nwoko Shares Disclaimer About Marriage To Regina Daniels
Senator Ned Nwoko, has shared a disclaimer about his marriage to his estranged wife, Regina Daniels.
The Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District made this revelation while addressing the backlash that has trailed his ongoing marital crisis with his wife. Ned made this statement known to the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN by his Communication and Technical Action Team, stating that contrary to speculations that he married Regina as a minor at the age of 17, he in fact married her at the age of 19.
He also added that there is available evidence that shows her family giving her hand in marriage to him. He further emphasized that her mother, Rita Daniels personally brought her to him, and not the other way round.
"For clarity, Regina Daniels was born October 10, 2000. If she has been married to me for 6 years, that means she married at 19 and not 17. The public witnessed her family giving her away in marriage.
“There were witnesses to the fact that her mother personally brought her to me. I never went after her."
The Nigerian Voice recalls that Regina Daniels has been embroiled in a marital battle with her "ex-husband," Senator Ned Nwoko. She had accused him of domestic violence, while he accused her of being a drug addict.
The brouhaha between the duo have led to controversies online, as many drama have been unfolding as the day goes by.
