"Prioritize Money For Therapists" - Zlatan Advises Fast-rising Artistes' Families
Popular Nigerian rapper and songwriter, Temidayo Omoniyi, professionally known as Zlatan Ibile, has sent an important advice to the family of up-and-coming singers.
The CEO of Zanku Records took to the popular microblogging platform, X formerly known as Twitter, urging the family or close friends of fast-rising singers to begin saving money for professional therapists and psychologists to help the singers once they gain stardom.
According to him, in the process of saving money for marketing and promoting the fast-rising artistes' musical career, the money for therapists should be prioritized, noting how fame comes with challenges.
He wrote:
“If you get brother or sister wey be fast rising artist and you believe say he or she go blow as una dey keep money for marketing and promo make una dey keep therapist money for one side tooo cos lol!!!”
Zlatan's advice is a confirmation of the complaints of several Nigerian artistes, who have shared their challenges on handling fame and navigating the Nigerian music industry.
