Diddy Cleared Of Sex Trafficking Charges, Found Guilty Of Two Counts
Embattled American rapper and record label boss Sean Combs, best known as Diddy, has been cleared of his sex trafficking charges, but found guilty of two counts.
The rapper who had been locked in a battle with the court for many months over various sex related crimes, has now been exonerated from the sex trafficking charges, but found guilty on two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution related to his ex, Cassie Ventura, as well as an unidentified victim named “Jane.”
Following a long trial, the verdicts of the court affirmed that Diddy is:
a) Not guilty of Count 1: Racketeering conspiracy
b) Not guilty of Count 2: Sex-trafficking of Cassie Ventura
c) Guilty of Count 3: Transportation for prostitution of Cassie and others
d) Not Guilty of Count 4: Sex-trafficking of Jane, Jane who dated Diddy between early 2021 and his arrest in 2024, testified using a pseudonym.]
e) Guilty of Count 5: Transportation for prostitution of Jane and others.
