‎Popular social media comedian and content creator, Adesokan Emmanuel, best known as Shank Comics, has revealed that his father converted from Islam to Christianity because of food.

‎The comedian who recently got accepted into popular American streamer Kai Cenat's Streamers University, made the revelation about his religion during a conversation with a fellow content creator in Canada.

‎In the viral clip, Shank revealed that he is a Christian, although, formerly a Muslim, but was converted after his father, converted to Christianity after being offered food when he was hungry.

‎Shanks said:
‎"I’m a Christian. Although I have a Muslim name, Saheed. My dad was a Muslim, but there was a time he was very hungry, and a church gave him food—then he converted to Christianity. My dad is so cheap. We were just hungry.”
