‎Popular Nollywood actor, Lateef Adedimeji, has penned an appreciation message to everyone following his big win at the 11th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA), which took place on Saturday , May 10th at the Balmoral Event Center, Victoria Island.

‎Recall that The Nigerian Voice reported on March 24, that Lateef Adedimeji's blockbuster movie 'Lisabi' secured nominations in 10 categories in the 11th AMVCA including: Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Movie, Best Art Direction, Best Indigenous Language (West Africa), Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Best Costume Design, Best Sound Design, and Best Makeup.

‎At the 11th AMVCA on Saturday, 'Lisabi' emerged victorious in three out of the 10 categories it was nominated for including: Best Make Up, Best Art Direction, and Best Indigenous Language Movie in West Africa.

‎Taking to his Instagram page on Sunday, Lateef described 'Lisabi' as the cinematic masterpiece, he and his wife poured their hearts and souls into. He noted that their sacrifices were rewarded as the movie clinched 3 out of 10 nominations.

‎He appreciated everyone who believed in him from the beginning, and voted 'Lisabi' as the Best Indigenous Movie in West Africa.
