‎Popular Nigerian actor, Uzor Arukwe, has dismissed the allegations of him being gay.

‎The actor, who was alleged to be queer dismissed the claims, and described it as the worst rumour he has ever heard about himself.

‎He further explained that he has a lot of gay friends, and he loves them, but he is not a gay, and he won't agree to what he is not.

‎Speaking during a recent appearance on the Unfiltered and Extra Spicy’ show, Uzor Arukwe said:

‎"The worst rumour I have ever heard about myself was that I’m a gay. I was shocked to my bones, but at the same time I was excited because I heard that you will blow when people start saying those kinds of things about you, so I told myself, ‘this must be it.

‎“I have a lot of gay friends, and I love them. They are my friends so I know their sexuality, and I love them to death. I have nothing against them whatsoever.

‎“But I’m not a gay, and I won’t agree to what I am not. For me, let God be the judge. If it is my sexuality, I would own it. I will be one of the hottest around."
