Nigerian rapper, Jeremiah Chukwuebuka Ani, popularly known as Jeriq, has opened up on his reason for being single despite his age.

‎According to him, he has never been in a relationship since he was born. He attributed his lack of being in a relationship to not believing in the concept of true love.

‎
‎He stated that he does not believe that a girl can love and be loyal to only him. He however, admitted that if he finds someone who will be loyal and honest, he will reciprocate.

‎Jeriq made the revelation during a recent interview with Glitch Africa.

‎Jeriq said:
‎“Since I was born, I have never been in a relationship.

‎
‎“You know there’s love and love. For instance, I love my brothers, my family and friends. But the concept of a relationship between a man and a woman, I don’t think it is real. I don’t believe in it.

‎
‎“I don’t believe that a girl can love and be loyal to only me. I don’t believe that it is possible. If I can see someone who will be loyal and honest with me, I will love her and reciprocate.

‎
‎“But I know it’s not possible. So, I don’t believe in love. I’m still a small boy sha so let’s watch.”
