The mother of legendary singer 2Baba, Rose Idibia, has appealed to Nigerians to help her beg Edo State politician and her son’s new lover, Natasha Osawaru, to leave her son.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that barely a month after 2Baba’s public announcement of his divorce from Annie, the singer has now confirmed his intentions to marry Natasha Osawaru. A recent clip showing him presenting an engagement ring to Natasha has further solidified the rumors. In the video, Natasha is seen expressing excitement as she accepts the ring.

In a viral video on social media, 2Baba’s mother claimed that her son is not in his right senses, as he is going through a divorce process.

Appealing to Natasha, she begged her to remove the beads that she put on 2Baba’s hand and neck, and to free him.

Rose Idibia said:
“Good evening, Nigerians. My name is Mrs. Rose Idibia, the mother of 2face. This message is for Miss Natasha Osawaru of Edo State. I’m calling on all mothers in Nigeria to help me beg her to free my son.

"My son is going through a divorce process, and he is clearly not in his right senses now. I know my son well. That is not him.

“Please Natasha, the beads you put on his hand and on his neck, remove them and free him. My son is going through a divorce process, and he is clearly not in his right senses now. I know my son well. That is not him.”
