May Edochie Says She Is Not An Advocate Of Divorce
May Edochie, the estranged wife of controversial actor, Yul Edochie, has clarified that she is not an advocate of divorce.
May, the first wife of Yul Edochie, filed for divorce in 2023, after her husband got married to his colleague, Judy Austin.
However, several men slammed May for being an advocate of divorce over her divorce from her husband, Yul Edochie.
May, however, clarified the misconception during an interview on Glasshouse podcast with comedian AY Makun. She stated that she is not in anyway an advocate of divorce or separation.
She said:
“Some men see me as someone that is misleading their wives.
“I love family and marriage, but there is a misconception about marriage that is totally different, but ideally marriage is the basis of family. Because there would be no you or me without family. That is how it used to be.
“I’m not in any way advocating separation or divorce in any way. Let me categorically state it now that I’m not an advocate for divorce.”
