Controversial celebrity tormentor and influencer, Daniel Regha has reacted to a recent claim by veteran singer, 2Baba as regards Burna Boy.

Recall that 2Baba recently claimed that Burna Boy is among the top 5 music artistes in the world. His claim reads;

“Burna [Boy] is in the Top 5 music artists in the world right now. I say this from an inspirational place, it was all a dream.”

Daniel Regha has taken to the popular microblogging platform X formerly known as Twitter to annul 2Baba’s claim by stating that Burna Boy is not among the top 5 music artistes in the world right now.

According to Regha, he believes that no Nigerian artiste is among the list of top artistes in the world right now, placing a lot of international singers’ like Taylor Swift, Drake, Beyonce and others as being top artistes in the world right now, while no Nigerian artiste has gotten to that level yet.

He wrote on X;
“Burna isn't in the "Top 5" music artists in the world right now, 2Face should be truthful to himself. Hype like this makes an artiste overrate themself. A lot of Puerto Rican & Asian musicians dominate the list, then there are the likes of Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Taylor Swift, The Weekend, Billie Eilish, Sabrina Carpenter, just to name a few. Nigeria doesn't even come close, but in time we might.”
