Kanayo Kanayo Sends Warning To Nigerians With Entitlement Mentality
Popular veteran nollywood actor, Kanayo Kanayo, has taken to social media to rebuke those who have the act of being ungrateful when they are sent money.
Stressing on the issue, the actor cited an example of some Nigerians who reply with “seen" when they are sent money. The actor described the action as being “ungrateful," stressing that when a person is given money, such person should show enough gratitude and do away with the entitlement mentality.
Kanayo Kanayo made this known in a trending video on X, where he could be heard saying;
“Why are people so ungrateful? You do them a favour by sending them money, and the person receives it and sends you a text saying ‘seen’. Common, you think it is your right? That’s an inheritance mentality. See, gratitude unspoken is ingratitude spoken. It isn’t your right; learn to be grateful for whatever anyone does for you. In that way, the person would do more.”
