Popular Nigerian singer, Divine Ikubor popularly known as Rema, took a recent action which has began trending on social media.

The “Calm down” crooner was performing at the Dreamville festival which was held at North Carolina, U.S.A from April 6th to 7th April, 2024 and featured other top international artistes. However, he stormed off the stage due to the sound interference with his performance.

The singer complained about the way the sound was interfering with his performance while on stage. He was further pissed off at the fact that during the performance of other international acts, there was no interference, but his performance was faced with issues.

The singer said;
“There is too many sound issues messing up my whole performance, I’m seriously not feeling this shit at all, you know it’s too messed up, I’m representing Africa, this is too messed up, you understand me…So the sound cannot be perfect for every artiste that gets on this stage, Africa is in the house and you’re messing shit up, fix it…Too many sound issues my people, I love you, Good night.”
