Reno Omokri Labels Southern Nigerian Relationships As Frustrating, Cites Moses Bliss Wedding
Popular Nigerian social media influencer and political commentator, Reno Omokri has commented on popular Nigerian gospel singer, Moses Bliss who got married to a Ghanaian lover.
The popular political commentator took to the popular microblogging platform X formerly known as Twitter to cite Moses Bliss wedding as a case study. He described Ghanaian ladies as understanding and undemanding unlike Nigerian ladies who are always demanding.
He further described how many Nigerian women are quick to demand for money from their partner. He said; ‘Showing affection to her means you owe her.’
He further revealed how Southern Nigerian men, who travel out of the country always get attached to other females from other countries as they are not always money conscious unlike Nigerian women.
He wrote; “We urgently need a cultural reorientation amongst our women. Especially in Southern Nigeria. The monetisation of relationships in Southern Nigeria is just too suffocating. I am well-traveled, and I am yet to see the level of commercialisation of romance I have seen in Southern Nigeria. I call it as I see it!”
Reno Omokri further advised that many southern ladies should be lectured on how to avoid entitlement to money from their partners using southern Nigerian ladies as an example.
