Mr Victor, a 37-year old man in Abia State has been arrested for having a carnal knowledge of a 4year old girl and infected the little girl with Human Immune Virus, HIV.

A video shared on Twitter captured a moment when Mr Victor was interviewed and interrogated by a journalist.

In the interrogation, Mr Victor confessed having sexual affair with a four year old girl. He revealed that he penetrated the girl through the influence of one Mrs Airtel, his close associate.

Mr Victor who is a famer and a building labourer visited Mrs Airtel one afternoon on Friday and there were three little children in the room between the ages of 3 and 4.

Shortly after his arrival, Mrs Airtel came in and he told him about how he could refund her money. He was to refund by installment.

According to him he didn't have a hidden agenda to rape the little girl simply because he knew them. The 4 year-old girl came to him, he carried her on his laps to play with her. But suddenly, his hand mistakenly touched her private part and that gave a way to the sexual assault.

Unfortunately, after medical check the girl was diagnosed with HIV positive. The man however agreed that he infected the girl with the disease.
