Romanus, the father of the 2023 young supposed best UTME, Universal Tertiary Examination candidate, Mmesoma, has in a recent statement revealed how he would handle Joint Admission And Matriculation Board over their false accusations on his daughter.

In the past few days, Mmesoma has been in the news following the allegation from the board that she inflated her UTME result. Initially, she was celebrated as the 2023 best UTME candidate; she scored 362.

Speaking in an interview with Channels TV on Tuesday, July 4, Mmesoma’s father, Romanus, stated that he has entrusted everything to God and will not be seeking any legal recourse.

Further expressing his stance, Romanus Ejikeme who mentioned that he is a musician and won a competition in 1996 before becoming a motorcycle rider, expressed that his daughter is not capable of manipulating results and that she has always been a bright student.

He also mentioned that her daughter is a studious person, she dedicates much time to her studies and her success is as a result of her hard work.

“My daughter did not commit any offense. She is innocent because she has consistently been a top student from secondary school until now. She is very studious and takes her education seriously. Sometimes she studies until daybreak to achieve good results. So she cannot commit such a crime,” he asserted.

Furthermore, he revealed that he will not pursue any legal action and will leave everything to God to handle because, to him, only God Knows the truth.
