Charly Boy, born Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, 19 June 1950, is a Nigerian singer/songwriter, television presenter, actor, publisher, and producer. He has in his latest tweet revealed what brought him far.

In his tweet, he recalled when he started as a fresh person and people treated with contempt, no reverence and how people showed indifference to his brand.
