Popular Nigerian dancer, Kafayat Shafau, professionally known as Kaffy disclosed that she stopped making love with her husband three years before their divorce

The award winning dancer revealed this during a recent interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo.

Kaffy announced her divorce this January. According to Kaffy, her husband cheated on her with her best friend.

“Let me tell you when I started healing; when I stopped sleeping with my husband.

“I was celibate in my marriage for three years before getting a divorce.”

The mother of two shared her ordeal,
“I was thinking at the beginning that I have found someone else that would make me happy. That’s the most selfish thinking that any human being can have for another human being.”

Kaffy is a multi brand ambassador and umpire for Maltina Dance hall programme.
