A few weeks ago the actress revealed the customized art by Nigerian Artist, Fred Aghuno who had hand painted a bald woman rocking huge hoop earrings on the side of the luxe bag which retails for $17,000.

Today the actress shared a picture of herself rocking a casual outfit the customized Birkin taking center stage.
