While some celebrities are busy eating alone and celebrating their luxuries on the pages of newspapers, Toyin Lawani is busy bringing Nigerians out of abject poverty to the world of fame. She has shared inspiring stories of how she has helped two Nigerians become better citizens.

Toyin reveals “I see the best in people always and try to help the little way I can,” she added, “Even if you are Deaf and dumb, I believe everyone has something to offer.”Lekan, a former squeegee and a lady called Gladys, who can never talk or hear are some of the people who has gained fame under Toyin.

Talking about Lekan “The 1st day I set my eyes on Lekan years ago, he cleaned the glass of my Range Rover Sport on Adeola odeku,” she said. Lekan was sleeping at the Bar Beach at nights and working as a cleaner by morning when he met her.“I told him if I gave him a job would he be happy, he said yes,”

Lekan has become a full time hair stylist and has even changed his official name to 'Lawani', becoming a member of her family. Gladys was a special case. She started as a cleaner to taking care of buttons for Toyin before she started making baby's pants. “Now she makes cloths for people like Wizkid, Davido, Lil Kesh, Wande Coal, Ben bruce, Darey, Ciara, etc.”
