Is Omoni Oboli a ‘Bad’ Movie Director? ...Uche Jombo, Chioma & Kehinde Bankole Speak
About two years ago, Omoni Oboli, released a movie, Being Mrs Elliot with credit as a director. It got tongues wagging especially having to direct talented act like Majid Mitchel. Suffice to say, Being Mrs Elliot became a blockbuster in cinemas across Nigeria.
She followed up with The First Lady and now, she is about to release, Wives on Strike.
Wives on Strike which will premiere this Sunday will be in Cinemas across Nigeria from April 8. It stars Uche Jombo, Chioma Akpotha and Kehinde Bankole, Keneth Okonkwo, Ufuoma Mcdermoth and Julius Agwu. These individuals are considered talented, so how possible is it for Omoni Oboli that some people have questioned are directorial ability.
