Embattled Nollywood actress, Ibinabo Fiberesima, on Friday failed in her bid to have a 5-year jail sentence for a 2006 manslaughter upturned.

In a judgement delivered by Justice Jamilu Yammama Tukur, Ibinabo was found guilty of reckless driving which led to the death of a Lagos doctor, Suraj Giwa in 2006.

While seeking solace from God on her recent travail, actor and Actors Guild of Nigeria position rivalry, Emeka Ike, has disclosed that he actually feels for Ibinabo during this trying period but does not have a hand in the court issue.

“I should not be assumed to be happy with the present travail of Ibinabo Fiberesima. Ibinabo has been impersonating to be the president. I am the president. I only want her to vacate the office. If she has a case and jailed for it, it has nothing to do with me,” he told OlisaTV.
