The highly talked about Lagos City Marathon has finally come to an end with about 20,000 athletes taking part in the competition which started in the early hours of Saturday, February 6th, 2016, in Lagos.

Participants in the competition includes citizens from Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Morocco, Uganda, India, Cameroon, Asia and other parts of the world all in a bid to go home with the cash prize money of $50, 000 prize money to be given to the first winner.

But winning such an amount of money sure comes with pain and the event did not just end without the medical doctors being called to duty as some of the athletes needed medical attention.
