ESTHER TITILOLA JACOBS (a.k.a Lady Teejay)

Titi Jacobs, born in the very early sixty's to a middle class family of The Jacobs' in Nigeria, is a multitalented and professionally qualified Social Worker (Team Manager), a Practice Teacher, Scriptwriter, Producer, Songwriter, TV/ Radio Presenter, Editor, Compere, Actress and a Director. She has a good track record of pre and post qualifying experiences in both Health and Social Care and a world of experience in film, TV and radio and media productions.

A graduate of Business Administration and Management studies from Yaba College of Technology, Nigeria, Lady TJ worked in various sectors such as banks, insurance companies and other conglomerates before setting off for the shores of England.
Once in England, she went to Havering University and graduated in Social Work, then furthered her education at London Metropolitan University where she did her Practice Teaching.

Titi has written, acted and produced many home movies both in the UK and in Nigeria. She has also written and directed a few soaps which she starred in. She is known to have supported a lot of up coming artistes to become stars in the Nollywood Movie Industry today. She has acted alongside notable actors and actresses such as Fred Aseroma, shola shobowale, Lanre Balogun, Jim Iyke, Will Johnson, Judi Shekoni, Yemi Awomodu, Clem Ohameze, Steph Nora, Uru Eke, Mama Awero, Dele Odule, Jide Alabi, Jibola Daboh to mention a few. She recently returned from Nigeria after directing a Yoruba Blockbuster movie titled “Folake Taku”, coming out soon.

A household name in the Nigerian and African community both in the U.K and Africa, Lady TJ is a force to be reckoned with. Due to her vast experience and resourcefulness, she has been identified to be involved in associations of repute. She is presently the Financial Director of the Association of Movie Producers (A.M.P), UK chapter, Co-ordinator of The association of Multi-national performing artistes (A.M.P.A)UK, Director –Productions, Tifrehil communications Ltd, Group Editor, Achievers Magazines and many more.

In her present job as a Social work Manager with one of the topmost leading boroughs of Social services in the U.K, she has excelled over the years with adequate working knowledge of legislative Acts and Theoretical Framework that underpins the practice and uses her transferable skills for the advantage of other projects she is involved with.

Her interpersonal, mentoring and motivational skills are excellent and her passion for whatever she sets her mind on is unparallel. She has done many courses such as Human Resources/Human Relations, Provided Emotional Support for service users with mental health needs, Deaf/Blind Training, protection of vulnerable adults, HIV Aids and Short Courses on Film Productions.

“I am always honoured and happy to be involved in community or world projects being the essence of my self actualisation. I have prayed that one day, I would be given the opportunity to air my views and let the world know the injustice it has done to mankind. Such projects are divine connections of my soul to the world and to give back the little knowledge I have acquired to support the world at large”.

Titi is UK Based and blessed with two lovely children.
