Triple MG singer, Iyanya, who was recently given a political appointment in the office of the governor of Cross River state, Ben Ayade, is currently working acidulously towards ensuring that this year's Calabar carnival is worthwhile.

The singer was seen moving around with security aides while he makes preparations as the carnival enters day two.

Iyanya also is a member of the governor's band which is currently aiming to claim the top spot.
