Popular Nigerian comedian, Basketmouth, is gradually updating his profile and the latest addition might be having a time out with the country's number three citizen, Bukola Saraki, who is the Senate President.

In the past, pictures of ridiculous complementary cards of people close to top shots in the political arena in Nigeria have surfaced and whether this comedian will toe that path is what he alone can answer correctly.

Few months ago, the humour merchant lambast the past administration of Goodluck Jonathan, accusing it of mal-administration.

At his BasketMouth Uncensored in Houston, USA, the comedian was quoted to have said, “And the funny thing is Buhari is now in power and everyone is hating on the guy under two months. I said some sh*t that made the news. Me, I don't care. I am not normally into politics but when I see some sh*t I say it. Goodluck was there for six years, all they did was steal money. Yeah I will say it.”

Is Basketmouth aiming to romance the APC-led government just like some of his colleagues flocked around Goodluck Jonathan? Only time will tell.
