Ali Baba who has been crowned the king of comedy in Nigeria is always straight forward when it comes to what he feels. Sometimes, people may misunderstand him just like the beef that he was alleged to have with Helen Paul lately. He speaks and allows others to pick faults. He revealed that the value proposition and the dynamics of the comedy industry right now is still booting. We have not engaged all the sectors in the comedy industry. We are growing .

We need to have sitcoms on TV, we need to have a lot of talk shows, we need to create a lot more platforms. This is one reason he started Alibaba's Spontaneity. He believes with time we will get there. If it were like a computer system, he said we are 40 percent booting, but we will get there.
