Murray Bruce Highlights What Buhari's Ministers Must Do

Silverbird boss, Senator Ben Murray Bruce, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari on how to get the best from his soon-to-be confirmed ministers.

According to the show promoter turned politician, ministers should be stopped from performing duties outside his office.

He said to have good roads, the minister for works must be compelled to travel by road and not air so as to feel what the citizens are passing through.

“If President Muhammadu Buhari wants Nigerian roads fixed in record time, he must ban his minister of works from traveling by air within Nigeria.”

Murray Bruce also said anyone appointed minister of health must not travel abroad for medical treatment. “If President Buhari wants Nigerian hospitals to improve, he must ban his minister of health from seeking healthcare outside Nigeria.”

He further said, “If President Buhari wants his minister of finance to stabilize our economy, he should choose a man with no assets outside Nigeria.

“If President Buhari wants an effective minister of Youth, he should ensure that his nominee is a youth. A youth is one between 18-42.

“If President Buhari wants Nigeria's education sector to improve, his minister of education's kids should school in Nigeria.

“The point is that unless Buhari ministers are fully invested in the sector they administer, they'll only give partial commitment!”
